Today we have a long drive to Martinborough but the roads are now wider than the ones in the north a welcome relief. We stop in Masterton to try and do a little shopping. No success.
Our accommodation was amazingly comfortable. We had originally planned to do a winery tour but we were tired and ended up just walking into the town square for a bite to eat. We had lamb skewers at The Martinborough Hotel.
